Nora Molina

Interim Executive Director

Originally from northern Alberta, Nora made Calgary home after completing her bachelor’s degree in communications at the University of Calgary. A summer role at SAIT sparked what would become a dynamic career in post-secondary student services, where she held roles as an international student advisor, program advisor, employment specialist, and education manager.

After earning her MBA from the Haskayne School of Business, Nora expanded her leadership experience across both post-secondary institutions and the nonprofit sector. Her career reflects a strong commitment to building effective organizations and supporting people through meaningful change.

An active volunteer, Nora has contributed in a wide range of roles—from t-ball coach and community canvasser to board chair—supporting causes across health, housing, and arts and culture. In more recent years, she has served as Board Chair with The Hangar Flight Museum and Board Secretary with Highbanks Society.

Nora brings deep experience in nonprofit leadership, along with a thoughtful and steady approach to guiding organizations through periods of growth and transition. She has a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, organizational effectiveness, program development, change management, board governance, and delivering results.

Passionate about learning and growth, Nora thrives on tackling challenges, empowering others to reach their potential, and creating clarity and momentum in complex environments. During her time at Two Wheel View, Nora is focused on supporting the team, strengthening organizational foundations, and advancing the work that matters most to the community.

Intentional community building should not be overlooked. When we come together, we talk through our insecurities, our uncertainties and share stories to help us better understand each other and the world we live in.
