TWV is looking for a Employment Program Facilitator who is responsible for supporting the lead facilitator of the GAP Employment Program. The GAP Program works with young adults ages 18-24 facing barriers to employment and seeks to support in the early stages of their employment journey through the hands-on exploration of bike mechanics, life skills, financial literacy, and community engagement. This program offers its participants community-centered learning and teaching experiences, mentorship, paid positions within the organization, and opportunities to collaborate with other organizations. The program runs three afternoons a week for a total of 12 hours/week. Graduates of the program leave with transferable, hands-on skills and a new found confidence to enter the workforce.

Program Facilitators support Two Wheel View by facilitating our Earn-a-Bike (EAB) program in schools, libraries, and other community hubs. The EAB program uses the bike as a tool to develop leadership and teamwork skills, as well as bike mechanic capabilities, in youth grades 7- 12. Program Facilitators educate youth via hands-on learning experiences, and help them to build social and emotional skills.
