Social Enterprise Coordinator

Job Overview:
Two Wheel View is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Enterprise Coordinator to join our team. The Social Enterprise is the retail arm of Two Wheel View, responsible for selling hundreds of refurbished bikes annually, along with parts, accessories, and branded merchandise. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be expected to manage the continued success of the Social Enterprise, refine its existing operations, and identify and develop growth opportunities. The role is a 0.8 full time equivalent at 30 hours per week, some of which will follow a set schedule and some of which will be flexible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a thoughtful leader who loves balancing big-picture strategy with meaningful, day-to-day impact. As Manager, Programs & Impact, you'll work closely with program coordinators, facilitators, leadership, and community partners to ensure our youth programs are effective, sustainable, and continuously evolving to meet community needs. You'll play a key role in strengthening program quality, supporting staff development, embedding evaluation and learning practices, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Intentional community building should not be overlooked. When we come together, we talk through our insecurities, our uncertainties and share stories to help us better understand each other and the world we live in.
