Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Board of Directors and Stakeholders of Two Wheel View - Calgary will be held at Two Wheel View – Calgary 907 9th Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta on Thursday October 2, 2025 at 6:00pm for the following purposes:
1. To receive the report of the Executive Director and Chair of the Board on behalf of the Board of Directors
2. To receive the financial statements of the organization for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 together with the report of the Directors and auditor thereon.
3. To appoint auditors.
4. To confirm appointments of the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
5. To celebrate the service of board members and to welcome new members. 6. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
