Heather Beck is a leadership coach and facilitator who’s passionate about helping people grow their confidence, communication, and self-awareness. With over 25 years in retail operations and human resources, she’s seen how real learning happens through experience, which is exactly what drew her to Two Wheel View’s mission of building resilience and confidence through hands-on discovery.
Heather enjoys any kind of cycling. A recovering roadie who’s completed an Ironman and cycle toured the Icefields Parkway multiple times, she’s since found a love for singletrack on her mountain bike. She’s happiest when she’s lapping four-wheeled commuters on her two wheels, with her dog Norman waiting patiently at home for post-ride dinner duty.
