A longtime Calgarian, Cheryl is passionate about strengthening the nonprofit and social sector and has contributed to a number of organizations through her professional leadership, executive coaching and volunteer involvement.

After many years in the corporate sector, Cheryl chose to align her career more closely with her passion to contribute and transitioned to the non-profit social sector in a senior financial executive capacity. Through that work, she developed an even deeper appreciation for the role strong community organizations play in helping children and youth build confidence, resilience and connection. That is what drew her to Two Wheel View and its unique approach of using the bicycle as a vehicle for learning, growth and positive change.

Cheryl brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in finance, strategy, governance and organizational leadership and looks forward to contributing that experience in support of Two Wheel View’s mission and continued impact in the community. She also looks forward to being more inspired by the Two Wheel View community to spend even more time on two wheels herself.

Outside of work, Cheryl is an avid adventurer who loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking and road trips in her camper van with her dog, Daisy. Closer to home, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring Calgary’s many bike and walking pathways.
