Hello world! My name is Abi, I’m 20 years old, an alumni of the winter 2025 Gap program, an alumni of the 2025 Gap 2 program and a current member of the Gap Advisory Council.

Going into Gap I was a returning high school student who wasn’t enthusiastic about bikes and had never had a job before. I returned to school at the start of the 2024-2025 school year after several years off which is where I first heard about the Gap program and decided to send in an application.

Since my time in Gap I’ve been given other opportunities to stay involved with Two Wheel View through Gap 2, GEM volunteer nights, the Gap Advisory Council and regular visits to see the staff in the shop. I’ve never filled a leadership role before the council and am both nervous and excited to see where this opportunity takes me!

Outside of Two Wheel View I spend my free time going to weekly boardgame nights, gaming, hanging out with my friends and playing guitar and bass which has led to me playing live on stage twice now! I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not passionate about bicycles but I am passionate about Two Wheel View. The last year has been my best in no small part to everyone I’ve met here and I’m excited for 2026 to be another great one!
