Rebecca is a financial leader with over 15 years of experience in scaling financial operations and strategy across tech, manufacturing, food and agriculture, and the energy sector. Growing up in sub-Saharan West Africa, she is passionate about cultivating sustainable community programs for youth and underrepresented communities. As a cyclist and aspiring bike mechanic herself, she appreciates the incredible value of not only providing greater access to the sport, but also equipping cyclists with the skills to care for and maintain their bikes.

Rebecca first moved to the Calgary area over 20 years ago; drawn by her love for the mountains and outdoor adventure, she has covered countless miles of trails on her hard-tail bike, the classic Kona Cinder Cone. Rebecca continues to enjoy exploring the mountains both on foot and on two wheels, backpacking, hiking, and biking in the surrounding mountains with friends, family, and her adventure pit-sky pup, aptly named Cinder.
