This aluminum framed, 26" wheeled Cannondale Rush would make a perfect first full suspension bike for a medium sized rider. It has a 3x9 drivetrain, Avid BB7 disc brakes, and is in good mechanical condition. Fork and shock are functional but would benefit from standard suspension service.
