Frequently Asked Questions
We accept donations on our Donate page. Click here to help us change kids' lives from the seat of a bike.
Yes! We sell used bikes in our shop throughout the year. Proceeds from the sales of our bikes go to supporting our life-changing youth programs.
How do I donate?
Do you sell bikes?
Do you accept donations of used helmets?
No. Unfortunately because we don't know the history of used helmets, we can't take the risk of providing youth with something possibly broken.
Do you accept donations of bicycles and bike parts?
Yes! We accept bikes and parts in any size and condition. If we can't use them, we connect them with another charity who might be able to or we make sure they are sent to recycling. You don't need to contact us ahead of time, just bring them by when our shop is open!
Does Two Wheel View have
a Whistleblower Policy?
Yes. The purpose of our whistleblower policy is to provide direction to Two Wheel View (TWV)’s stakeholders, including any directors, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, volunteers, donors, program participants and members of the public, for the communicating of concerns regarding financial matters, operational matters or matters respecting the personal conduct of another TWV stakeholder. Whistleblower Incidents shall be reported using the online Whistleblower Form. Click here for the form.
Do you buy bikes?
No. We can only accept or receive bicycles by donation.
