We must carry everything that you bring on the
trip on our bikes. It is important to have everything
that we need but to also be sensitive to the weight
that we must carry on our bikes. If you are uncertain
whether or not to bring something contact us for
clarification.
All personal and group items will be packed into
bike panniers (bike bags) that Two Wheel View will
provide for your use.
Equipment
It is important to have the "right" equipment
for the international bike trip. To ensure that you
have the best equipment possible for the most positive
experience, Two Wheel View can provide the following
equipment:
- Bike
- Panniers
- Helmet
- Tent
- Cooking and eating equipment

Two Wheel View also has some
great outerwear and raingear donated by Mountain
Hardwear that you can use for the trip (most
of it is brand new). If you don't have something
you think you might need, please contact
TWV to find out if we can help you out. |
If you have your own gear that you may be more comfortable
with, feel free to bring it. If you determine that
you would rather use TWV gear you can leave you personal
gear at our office until we return. Things that some
people may want to bring of their own: bike, pedals
with bike shoes, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, bike,
bike seat, water bottles, hydration pack, helmet,
etc.
