Trips > Program Fee
There is no cost to apply, however, students accepted to the program will be required to fundraise or pay a portion of the total cost of the bike trip ranging from $50 to $3,900 according to their program agreement once accepted.
No student should be discouraged from applying to participate on a bike trip because of lack of funds. We welcome all students who believe in their ability to succeed. Scholarships and financial assistance are available.

- Norway Bike Trip: Summer 2012: $3,900*
- Canada Youth Exchanges: $50*

*No student or family should be discouraged from applying to participate on the program because of lack of funds. Financial aid and scholarships are available. Scholarships are awarded based on three criteria: the financial need of the family, the motivation and commitment of the student, and the recruitment needs of TWO WHEEL VIEW.
What's Included in the Program Fee
TWO WHEEL VIEW will provide the bikes, guides, camping gear and the ride of your life. Pack your personal things and we will take care of the rest.
Before the Trip:
- Knowledgeable support and instruction for getting ready
- Travel and flight coordination according to your Trip Program Agreement.
- An informative communication manual for parents, teachers and administrators
- Pre- trip orientation with the group.
During the Expedition
- Use TWV mountain bike touring equipment, panniers (saddle bags), and camping gear
- Ride with trained tour guides and mechanics
- Be part of the process of every day: route planning, food shopping and preparation, setting up camp, engaging with host communities, and planning the next day
- Push your limits
- Gain cooperative leadership skills and self confidence
- Have everything you need along the route: food, lodging, camping, supervision – no additional costs
After the Expedition:
- Post trip networking on the web – pictures, videos and stories
- Professional support for future expedition planning

PAYMENT DUE DATES
All payments towards program fee are due according to your signed Trip Program Agreement. If all monies are not received in the TWV office according to your Trip Program Agreement, TWV will assume you have cancelled.
FUNDRAISING POLICY (if applicable): Your total fundraising pledge as outlined in your program agreement/registration will be due sixty (60) days before the scheduled trip departure date. However, you may continue fundraising until the start date of the trip. If your donations exceed the fundraising pledge prior to the start date of the trip, you may choose to be refunded up to the amount you personally contributed. Contributions to TWO WHEEL VIEW are 100% tax deductible. A tax receipt will be issued for all donations. Please make checks payable to TWO WHEEL VIEW.
