About your Program Fee
What's included:
- All logistics and trip planning.
- Use of mountain bike touring equipment, camping
gear, panniers.
- All Hotels, lodging and camp
ground fees. Private rooms may be available at
your own expense.
- Most meals (meals out on your own)
- Ground transportation in Argentina.
- Project and volunteer communication materials.
- Volunteer coordination.
- Program development and coordination.
- On-site consultants.
- Tour mechanic and guide.
Most people fundraise some if not all of the program
fee which helps sponsor young people for future trips. Check
out ways to fundraise for your trip.
What do I have to pay for in addition?
- Airfare, entry and departure taxes and other
related travel expenses including excess
baggage fee for bicycle if applicable.
- Meals out, snacks and drinks.
