REGISTRATION POLICY: Participants submitting a registration application will be required to sign and comply with various forms prior to the beginning of any Two Wheel View trip. Forms include: liability waivers, and medical history and first aid releases.
TRAVEL COORDINATION: TWO WHEEL VIEW will coordinate all of your travel plans from the city of your choice. We offer a number of travel options and will coordinate all travel for you. Tickets are typically booked well in advance of the trip departure date. You are responsible for paying the full amount of your airfare when ticketed.
FUNDRAISING POLICY: Your total fundraising pledge will be due 60 days before the scheduled trip date. However, you may continue fundraising until the start date of the trip. Contributions to TWO WHEEL VIEW are 100% tax deductible. A tax receipt will be issued for all donations. Please make checks payable to TWO WHEEL VIEW.
PAYMENT POLICY: Your Charity Support Bike Trip Program Fee is due at the time of registration to guarantee your space on the trip. The minimum fundraising amount pledge must be received in our office at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the trip.
REQUIRED FORMS: Participants will not be permitted to travel on any TWO WHEEL VIEW trip unless all required paperwork has been received in our office at least one week prior to the commencement of the trip.
